Inside me there's a Persian Princess
pretty young thing,with no worries at all
running around with a huge smile on her face
falling in the mud with her newest white dress
that doesn't matter,it only makes her smile more bigger
she doesnt see the importance of material things
you can give her the most expensive toy
but just playing outside,being one with nature
brings her joy
and dont even try to talk to her about responsibility and being a royalty
that kind of stuff doesnt excist in her careless freeminded world
she might be a princess to you
but she is also still a little girlInside me there's an ancient African Queen
every step she takes blesses the ground she's walking on
with her head high and strength coming out of her eyes
she has a presence no one has ever seen before
a true royalty,she knows how to carry herself
she can do whatever she wants to and doesnt need any helpThe blood of so many warriors has been shed
so that our lives could become great
and somehow their effort we so often forget
we take our lives for granted
acting as if living doenst mean a thing
people have died through out the centuries just for us
how can we throw it all away so easily ?
I'm not going to stand and watch it all just slip away
I'll make the best that I can make out of my life
I can be the next big politician or the greatest housewife
Whatever I do,I'll do it passionately.
