New mixtape dropping in a month "StaKk:Presents..."StaKk aka "StaKk Dollars" has been one with music at an early age. A west coast native StaKk is a self mold heavily talented artist brewed out of his different environments. The love for music never changed despite the negative environments that surrounded StaKk. 11 years old StaKk was in the midst of California’s gang activity and the heated streets of California had StaKk involved in various activities that would have landed him dead or in prison. A wake up call at the age of 12 had changed StaKk’s perspective in Life- loosing a close friend from gang banging and a car chase from the local authorities. This event gravitated StaKk towards his true passion-Music.Part time b-boy he continued his hobby-a true artist who was involved in Graffiti Art, rap, and the love for the streets. StaKk found hustle and light in all areas from drag racing to block burnin wit relatives and homies. He dominated cipher circles at b-boy arenas, major underground events and local rap party battles. From time to time StaKk and his relative E would continue to make noise at local events and won crowds at parties. In his later teen years the ties with his relatives had him labeled a hustler and the continued affiliation with the streets consumed much of StaKk’s time. In short, with the long departure of his relative E to state prison, StaKk realized he needed a change of heart.StaKk’s drive and ambition landed him in studios used by world renown artist such as 50 cent, DJ Quick, Suga Free, Eminem, Ice Cube and George Clinton to name a few. Tired of the long trips to the studio StaKk, being a natural born leader, took destiny into his own hands and in 2005 built his studio from ground up. StaKk’s work ethic sets him apart. He has worked with many artists renowned and upcoming. With his open mind, drive and distinctive originality he continues to dominate many projects, graze microphones and mix tape tracks.
