BIOGRAFIA
Mi chiamo Andrea Petrucci, sono nato ad Ascoli Piceno, trasferito a Milano nell’ottobre 2006 per vivere a pieno la mia creatività di cantante compositore. A soli 7 anni rimango letteralmente folgorato nel vedere in televisione un servizio giornalistico, riguardante un album in studio del grandissimo Freddie Mercury e la cantante d’opera Montserrat Caballe’, da quel momento la mia vita si dirige verso un gruppo chiamato Queen.
Inizio a cantare all’età di 17 anni con diverse band accumulando una buona esperienza live, partecipo a numerosi eventi locali e nazionali, guadagnandomi la nomina di leader carismatico. Con un mio amico per puro divertimento e per far colpo sulle ragazze, formo anche una coverband dei Litfiba dal nome Cangaçeiro trasformata nel tempo in Cornocuore, cominciano a vedersi i primi piccoli guadagni, suonando in numerosi Pub, sagre di Piazza, inaugurazioni di negozi.
Nel 2004 ho l’occasione di essere presente al raduno del fun club di Piero Pelù al Tenax di Firenze dove posso mettere in luce le mie capacità in una breve esibizione canora, lo stesso Piero ne rimase entusiasta. Non contento di suonare solo cover, parallelamente alla tribute riprendo qualche vecchio pezzo scritto nel ’98 e inizio a farne dei nuovi. Partecipo da solista a concorsi importanti come Mia Martini Proposte Europee, Onebap music Festival, Vocidomani, Vocinuove,…… ottenendo sempre degli ottimi piazzamenti ma presentando solo cover.
Nel 2005 con due miei brani inediti ed una nuova formazione partecipo al Music Hope Festival dove ci sono ospiti di riguardo come il bassista Mario Guarini (Alexia,….) e Saturnino (bassista di Jovanotti), vinco miglior voce, il premio della critica e premio vincitore assoluto, le due canzoni passano ininterrottamente su Radio Ascoli.
Frequento una scuola di musica dove studio canto moderno e partecipo ai relativi spettacoli, arrivando a cantare di fronte a 2500 persone. Intanto sciolgo le coverband concentrandomi sulle mie canzoni. Stabilito a Milano continuo a studiare privatamente le tecniche del canto con uno dei migliori insegnanti della città; riprendo ad esibirmi con alcune band locali, ma soprattutto lavoro alle mie canzoni inedite …….continua………
BIOGRAPHY
My name is Andrea Petrucci, I was born in Ascoli Piceno, moved in Milan since October 2006 to live my creativeness of singer composer. When I was 7 years old I remained literally lightened to see in television a journalistic service, regarding a Freddy Mercury album’s recorded in the studios and the opera singer Montserrat Caballe', from that moment my life took the direction toward a group called Queen.
I began to sing when i was 17 with different bands accumulating a good live experiences, I participated in numerous local and national events earning the nomination of charismatic leader. With a friend to enjoy myself and to win the girls’ love, I formed also a Litfiba coverband called Cangaçeiro, turned by the time in Cornocuore, now i can see my first small earnings, playing in numerous Pubs, popular feasts, shops inauguration.
In 2004 I have the occasion to be present in the assembly of the fun club of Piero Pelù to the Tenax in Florence where I can show my abilities in a brief melodious exhibition, Piero Pelù was crazy about it. I don't satisfy myself playing only cover songs, so parallelly to the tribute I take back some old pieces written in the '98 and I start to write some of new ones. I participate like soloist to important contests as Mia Martini Proposte Europee, Onebap music Festival, Vocidomani, Vocinuove,.. always getting some good positionings but always with cover songs.
In 2005 by two my unpublished passages and by my own new formation, I participate to the Music Hope Festival where there are some important guests like Mario Guarini bass player (Alexia,..) and Saturnino (Jovanotti bass player), I won the best voice award, the criticism award and absolute prize, the two songs are uninterruptedly trasmitted by Radio Ascoli.
Now I attend a school of music where I study modern song and I participate in the respective shows, singing in front of 2500 people. Meanwhile I’m dissolving the coverband, I concentrate all my attention on my songs. Established in Milan, I keep privately lessons about song’s techniques with one of the best teacher in the city; sometimes I play with some local bands, but above all I work on my unpublished songs... continuous...
