I am a real estate professional. I am a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), CGP (Certified Green Professional), and GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute). I also teach first time homebuyers classes, helping homebuyers to take advantage of State Bond Programs and Down Payment assistance programs. I studied architecture for three years. I have been in sales and marketing since 1985.I am very active in the Spokane Home Builders Association. I am on the Membership Committee, Rentention Committee, and will be on the Womens Council. I also am on the Education Committee at the Spokane Association of Realtors.I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. With my attention to detail, I look forward to exceeding your expectations.
