Hello my name is Daniel, Welcome to my page. I am sculptor and ceramicist in the Metropolitan Detroit Area.I have been working in clay and stone for several years now and first became interested in the art while studying Pre-Columbian ceramic artifacts while working on a degree in Anthropology/Archaeology.Since starting I have had the pleasure of working with and learning from many talented sculptors and ceramicists like Robert Bielat, Frank James Fisher of Pottery Making Illustrated and John Albert Murphy.I throw using the traditional potters wheel as well as hand build and sculpt one of a kind ceramic artwork and functional items, I also specialize in raku firing and replicating archaic wares.My work can be seen exhibited in various art galleries in the Detroit Area, and is featured in many private collections across the globe from Denmark to California.If you have any questions or are interested in my work, you are welcome to contact me through Myspace or at
