Thus was born CDC, a dynamic group of young artists with a fresh style and one of the fastest-growing fan-bases in the region. Their first single “No Se Que Voy A Hacer†has already stormed the radio airwaves, and their second single “Muevete†is an Internet sensation, currently being played in clubs and at major parties across the country.
Defying categorization, CDC mixes rap, hip-hop, reggaeton, and Latin American dance music to create a unique, urban sound that resonates powerfully with today's audience. The individual members of CDC - Coste, Dre, and Baby C - have been invited to open for multi-platinum-selling artists, including reggaeton star Hector el Father and Bachata/R&B group Xtreme, at large venues across the Southeast.
CDC is currently in the studio, working hard on their new album. When that is complete, they - along with manager Luigi Bravo of Latin Groove Entertainment - will begin a national tour!
En Diciembre 2007 Productor y compositor J. Amaya se propuso crear un CD para promover nuevos talentos locales. Rapidamente se dio cuenta que los 3 primeros talentos que habia contactado hasta ese momento podian trabajar juntos y formar un grupo musical con un sonido nuevo y estilo singular.
Asi fue como surgio CDC, un grupo dinamico de artistas jovenes con un estilo nuevo y una base de fanaticos que sigue creciendo rapidamente dia con dia. Su primer sencillo "No se que voy a hacer" ya ha arrasado las frecuencias de radio y su segundo sencillo "Muevete" ya es una sensacion por muchas regiones del pais, ganando popularidad no solo en la radio si no en clubs a traves del pais y Sudamerica.
Desafiando la categorizacion, y bajo la direccion y produccion musical de J. Amaya, CDC mescla sonidos de Rap, Hip-Hop, Reggaeton, y musica electronica para crear un sonido urbano unico que resuena poderosamente con la audiencia joven de hoy. Los miembros individuales de CDC - Coste, Dre y Baby C - han sido parte de eventos especiales y han abierto para grandes actos del momento como lo son Hector el Father y la sensacion del Momento en el moviemiento bachatero, Xtreme.
CDC se encuentra en este momento en el studio de grabacion trabajando en su primer material discografico como grupo titulado "CDC - El comienzo". Cuendo el proyecto este completo, comenzaran, al lado de su Manager Luigi Bravo de Latin Groove Entertainment, una gira nacional por los Estados Unidos, seguida por Latino America.
