Sholfrost started in winter of '07 as a solo project by Tim Rowland. By April of '08 the two track demo titled, 'Unholy Ghost', was released as a free download via Myspace. Since then many members came and went as were many songs written, but never recorded. By the end of '08, Sholfrost returned again to the hands of it's founder and became a solo project once again. Since winter '08, throughout '09, and through the spring of 2010, TR has been working diligently on writing and recording the debut full length album, currently titled, "Einsatzgruppen".
