MY NAME IS Charles Jordan aka YOUNG ACTIVIST/$DOLLA SIGN C$ Born in the mean streets of the Lower East Side manhattan New York City Oct. 1986 raised around violance and drug dealing .life was getting hard 4 my family bought up by a single mother with 5 other siblings in one housing apt. growing up i didnt get the best stuff all the time so i had to take matters in my own hands at a young age to get the things i need and help out wit the family but my mom didnt agree on the things i was doing so she sent me to Avon Park ,fla to live with my older brother in 2001 2 months before the world trade center went down. living down there i was getting home sick alot missing the fast life the nasty smell of the city so i use to listen to my mixtapes and frestyle over the rappers when i didnt have any instrumentals . when i was 15 i discovered i could write rhymes i start to write over the rappers and take it to my high school and start up a rap ciphas at lunch time and i was getting back positive feed back. Then about a year later me and my ace boon coon Rican Diplo started up the group thorobreads that my high school class mate and close friend chasmin pough came up with the group name and also help put the group 2gather. It was 3 people in the group from different citys reppin highlands county selling over 5 thousand units thru the citys doing about 2 shows opening up 4 varies artists like khia, youngbloods and lil wayne getting a big buzz... then somthing bad happen... i started looseing the passion and stoped showin up 4 studio sessions and i just left the group. went back home to new york in 2005 atfer i graduated.When i came back to New York my love for music came back and i began recording again knocking out 6 tracks with my homeboy/bro. pretty
