Artistic scientist, frustrated Strat abuser. Into amateur dramatics for the last 20 odd years. Won a Manchester Evening News Theatre award in 1995. Directed a number of plays and acted in even more. Lived in Manchester all my life except for three years or so while studying Biology at the University of Keele. Engaged to Karen, one dog (Shih-Tzu/Pekinese cross called Pinoch) and one African grey parrot called Elvis.
