Djane Koki was born in 1987 and has been interested in music since her childhood, when she did sports dancing. After she starts going out with friends to visit night clubs, she discovers a true passion about electronic music. Her interest for djing in particular comes by after a big party with the Spanish Dj Dimas, from whom she is inspired. Later on, following another party in club Plazma (Plovdiv) with Hollandaise Djane Dame, she becomes confident about her decision to be a female Dj. Koki meets Dj Iv ! and he invites her to join E-booking Dj School, which she completes with huge success. Even during her training she accompanies several of Plovdiv’s Djs to Bourgas, where a round of the National Dj contest was taking place at club Excess. Surprisingly-because female Djs in Bulgaria are a rarity, she is invited to attend as a special guest and later as a participant in this contest. There Koki shows staggering performance and while not believing the outcome of the event herself, she qualifies for the final round at club PR in Sofia, not even having finished her Dj course yet. The popular on-line forum “Dj Vibes†is overloaded with comments from stunned fans and Djs after Djane Koki’s perfect presentation. On the final she wins the prize for debut, the reason being her undeniable talent and expulsion behind the decks are defined as impressive. Afterwards she receives a few invitations from different clubs and Djs, including from Dj Iv ! and Dj Groove. They request her to become an exclusive Warm up Dj, for their series of "Insomnia" parties. At her first participation at club Bizzare (Pazardjik ), she detonates the dance floor with her Sexy-Proggy Sound mixed with vocals and electro elements.
