Wow - I'm excited about this film "Precious" starring Mariah Carey. I heard there is some buzz about this pic. It figures that Oprah and Tyler Perry would be behind a gem like this one. A real story about a real girl growing up in circumstances that many of us know all to well. You're heart goes out to the young woman in the film as she faces everything that can go wrong to a teenager while her mother repeatedly beats her in the most horrific way. Yet this young woman who may not fit into the stereotypes of what physical beauty or successful attributes may be about still holds her precious dreams near and dear to her heart. And she'll steal your heart if you give her a chance to let her story play out on a theater screen near you! I'm the Marreekarr. And I've got time for beautiful stories about special people who live in the everyday world.
