I began as a 13 years old boy with Fighting Sports,at first Karate - after this Tae Kwon DO - Jiu Jitsu - Aikido and at last WING TSUN/ESCRIMA LATOSA when i was 30 Years old.
Since some years i have my own WING TSUN School in Mannheim with good students.
In addition I continue to train regularly at the Schloss Langenzell in Heidelberg the Techniques of WING TSUN and ESCRIMA.
This time i work on the last step for my Coach-Examination and i give training at my WING TSUN School in Mannheim.

Seit einigen Jahren gebe ich in Mannheim selbst Untericht und werde auf dem Schloß Langenzell/Heidelberg weiterhin trainiert und weitergebildet.Meine Schüler in Mannheim werden natürlich regelmässig jede Woche 2-3 mal trainiert.
Seit ich WING TSUN trainiere lebe ich viel Gesünder und bin Physisch sowie Psyschisch in bester Verfassung.
