My name is Jeff and this is my bio. I was born in Ohio but moved to Orange County California at the young age of 4. I grew up in Orange County. At the age of 16 I started attending "rave" parties in Los Angeles. The scene was very moving for me as it is for many other party kids. Drum n' bass particularly stood out, the synthetic drums, the roaring basslines... I had never heard music like that, seen people dance like that, heard MC's flow like that.... I was hooked. At the age of 18 I started spinning drum n' bass. I think it's important at this point in my story to mention by this point I was experimenting heavily with drugs, I only mention this to give you an idea of my story. I eventually started experimenting with crystal meth, for the next 2 years my life was out of control... I was 60 lbs. under weight, internally bleeding and talking to people in the future, I was the poster child for tweek. At the age of 20 I was admitted to a rehabilitation center. I have since stayed clean even from alcohol, I mention this to show that not all ravers are dope fiends, and yes it is possible to feel this music without having to take a pill. Now with that out of the way.... I moved to NYC in 2005, when I moved out here I came in contact with Funktipuss Jones. Shortly after we started our crew Beats Anonymous NYC. While going to parties I also came into contact with Psynikill, who then inturned introduced me to such people as Mama C, Tracatak & Jen Mas. Shortly after establishing more friendships and contacts out here I joined Vitus Productions. I am committed not only as a dj but as a party kid to giving my all to the scene. This music is my life, I am completely in love with drum n' bass and I know I sound like 14 year kid on his first pill, but seriously... I would give and do anything for this genre. If you read all of this I thank you taking the time out and now here is some more information on me.
