Paradise Studios

About Me

The beginning of 2008 formed a partnership between Billy Field and engineer Miles Thomas.
Building on the immense history of Paradise Studios - est. 1978 in Kings Cross, Sydney - Billy moved the studio to Gosford in 2003 to reduce the costs for artists and make a nice getaway from the city.
Paradise is renowned for its use of high end analogue equipment such as MCI & ATR tape machines, valve Neumann microphones and the cleanest, most open and transparent console around. Coupled with some stunning instruments, Paradise is the place to capture your art.

With 24 channels of analogue and 24IO of digital that can be synchronised to SMPTE timecode, Paradise can handle any project.

Please note that Paradise is in a long term lock-out to complete the new Billy Field album
