My journey as an artist has started again. For a long time I let the Poet and Actor in me fade away. I was so determined to become a move making CEO and Editor that I left this side of me behind....in that time I went from being seen by artist here in Baltimore as a peer, a like minded Spoken word artist who performed during the 1st days of Warm Wednesdays to being a journalist....just a journalist.
The passion for this lived inside of my for so long because I was afraid. Of what? I'm not sure....failure maybe....I'm not certain what it was but it no longer lives within me. I've eXcaped yet another matriX in life and here I stand. I'm ready to walk this old path made new. I've even gotten over my fear of singing. I pray you'll get to hear some of that on here soon as well. God is good. I ask that you take in my stories and prayerfully they will touch you in some way. So many years have gone by, I feel alive again.
