About Me

Hi my name is JD and I am the father of Holden Berry, pictured here (RIP November, 19th, 2007 8am from SUDEP). I started this foundation to help other people who have this condition. I am offering unique information that is Alaska specific. This meaning case studies of Alaskans who are being treated here in the state. Their personal experiences with the various drugs and procedures used to treat the symptom. All Seizures have an underlying cause birth defects, injuries, allergies, sensitivity, and in some cases undefined. There are serious issues that are related to people with epilepsy treatment mysteries, schools, police, pseudo seizures, SUDEP and the general public. Epilepsy can be a real scary event to those who do not know what is going on. And in most cases do not know what to do. In my blog I have outlined the EMERGENCY response procedure.The Holden Foundations motto: Never be afraid for you are never alone. Never despair for we are close. Never mind the blind and unheeding. Anyone who has Epilepsy here in Alaska. I would love to hear your story and add it to our library. We need case studies really bad. An emerging trend is showing a higher mortality rate amongst Alaskans with Epilepsy. Any info you can provide especially about your success in treatments as well as failures would help other Alaskans. I would also like to let you know that we offer a variety of support services.
