Since the summer of 2002 Lucas has had his hands wrapped around a guitar, through good times and bad, through sickness and in health, it's amazing he put it down to eat. Most would argue that this is his hallmark. Since being signed to RYO Records out of Herndon, VA, Lucas has found his niche as a songwriter and performer and is bringing his passion for guitar to the public. With subtle lyrics and smooth melodies, Lucas' sound is typical of the Acoustic artists that are popular now, the John Mayer's, and the Jack Johnson's, but his style remains distinct with a true indie sound. With an album due out in the Fall of '09, Lucas continues to work both in and out of the studio trying to bring just a little bit more guitar to pop music.
