..."SWEPT AWAY" is a Vulcan standard.....still played today...;)...and I'll come over and twist your arm to get you to listen to it if I have too !!!!!..The lead ork from Chris is ....well.....Phenomenal ;))))....NO SHIT !!!!!!!...Just Plain Smokin Up The Joint ;))))))...and making it look easy too !!!

..."RAIN"....includes....."the 6th"..Dirty Rhythm guy.....keyboard player Jeff Sadler...yeah...you remember him.....the poor guy we stuck off way back to the side of the stage somewhere behind some props & stuff.....or right behind the smoke machine......nooooooo...didn't say Fog Machine.....surely it was a "Smoke Machine".. ..it also features vocalist Mark Seikmann.....laying into it pretty damn great come the 2nd verse....sounding a bit Axelish I think.....
..."LOOKING FOR LOVE".....great hook by Carmine....pukey lyric cheesewhiz gagomania...!!!!!!...but 2 seriously great guitar solos....one from Carmine & one from Chris......
..."TELL ME".....the ballad of the bunch...Todd on the drums & keys here....killer riffage ala Queensryche maybe from Carmine...Todd & I laying it down in the middle...and a sweet...very memorable melodic lead from Chris..... ....damn.....and I wanted to be Sir Lancelot in the video too ;(((((
..YES !!!!!!!!.....THEY DO ROCK....as I really think about it....I had wished to keep the band in it's thrash ladden twisty turny mode......but I also always let my band be a democracy....so I do tend to be outvoted from time to time ;(((
...It's okay....I'll just whine about it 17 years after the fact still...hahaa ;)) ...I LOVE ALL INCARNATES OF VULCAN IN THEIR OWN SPECIAL WAY...and this version has a place in my heart just as well....even though I pick on some of the "commercial" material.....I've done it with other versions...and I'll do it again....I'm so sure !!!!!!!!
