Life, the final frontier. These are the voyages of Xura. Its continuing mission: to explore the strange and new; to seek out pwnage in all forms; to boldly go where no noob has gone before.
I am a geek, an atheist, and a devout secular humanist. I'm a second year college student, navigating my way through adult life. A computer engineering and electrical engineering double major at Cal Poly Pomona. Give me a pile of electro-junk and ill be entertained for hours. I love computers, and all things technopunk. I believe in life before death, rather than life after death. Religious faith is one of lifes greatest inhibitions. It serves to dull intellect and prevents people from helping themselves. Good literature and interesting people, great music, delicious food, and pleasant atmoshphere... these are the essentials. Combined with the political, the philosophical, and the beautiful, life becomes a quest for joy, instead of survival. I love humanity, and try to surrond myself with those who are open hearted and genuine. I also tend to offend those who are not comfortable with their own opinions and beliefs... so relax, and we'll get along splendidly.
