I am an author, educator, conference host and motivational speaker. In my vocation as a hospital chaplain, Rev. Simmons regularly addresses issues of grief, loss and spiritual development. The focus of her messages, include: relationship issues and overcoming shame and loss.Rev. Simmons is the president and founder of The Women's Ministerial Alliance and Publisher/ President of Bethel Publishing. She has earned degrees from Illinois State University and Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. Rev. Simmons has one adult son, who lives in Gurnee, Illinois. She resides in Detroit, Michigan.
