S.T.O.R.M. da Ghetto Mutant, also known as The Black Sonya, (Spiritual Transition of Rugged Matter) will descend upon the Hip-Hop world sometime in 2008 as a soloist for the first time. She was previously featured on the Soul Kid Klik's release Mortal Combat in 1995, as well as on their album "Invisible Army" released officially in 2004. Storm is an emcee who does not want to be judged as a female emcee, but as a true emcee. She writes her own lyrics, which cover a wide range of topics, from freestyle to political, and she is real, in a time in Hip-Hop history where originality and honesty are on the run! Storm is not for the faint-hearted, nor the fake-willie's. When asked if she considered herself a playa or a playa-hater she replied...playa-killer!
