Working out, listening to my friends and their stories, telling stories of my own, laughing, making other people laugh, listening to music and singing along as loudly as I possible can, learning as much as possible about every topic that sparks my interest, remembering good times, spending time with quality people, making a positive difference in every child that walks into my center(and making them smile at least once every time I see them) writing poetry, hugs, kisses, enjoying the great outdoors, playing and watching sports, trying new restaurants, having fun wherever I am.
I want to meet people who are real. I've had my fair share of fake and I'd rather not.
I'm a lyrics girl. I write, so when I hear good lyrics, I'm usually all for it. But sometimes I like the occasional good beat or catchy tune with no real value. Some important mentionables: Green Day, Dave Matthews Band, Sublime, Billy Joel, Angels & Airwaves, Ben Folds...CURRENT FAV: JOHN MAYER!! He is my savior.
Here goes: Shawshank Redemption, Saving Private Ryan, Dead Poets Society, Pretty Woman, The Wedding Planner, Braveheart, The Lord of the Rings movies, Love Actually, American Beauty, Farenheit 9/11, Seven, Fight Club, Almost Famous, Austin Powers, Tommy Boy, Backdraft, Old School, Circle of Friends, Copycat, The Matrix, Aladdin, Silence of the Lambs, Forrest Gump, The Color Purple, Dead Man on Campus, Billy Madison, Benny and Joon, Waynes World, The Ring, Big Fish, Finding Nemo, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, The Graduate, My Cousin Vinny, The Breakfast Club, Never Been Kissed, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jumping Jack Flash, The Little Mermaid, Star Wars movies, Mermaids, Point Break, Hook, The Notebook, Garden State, Hotel Rwanda, Syriana, Finding Neverland, Wedding Crashers, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Independenc Day, The Day After Tomorrow, Dirty Dancing, American Tale, etc etc etc.
Quality Tv. That's a rarity. I catch an occasional Scrubs episode or Seinfeld rerun. Usually, I'm working or not home. CURRENTLY: I watch FOOTBALL every Sunday and Monday. :-)
I have liked are A Clockwork Orange, 1984, The Stand, Message From Nam, To Kill a Mockingbird, Catcher in the Rye, Kiss the Girls, The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood.... and more. Just read SLIGHTLY SINGLE (story of my life, haha) and am reading currently: The Secret and Eye Contact.
I seek to find a hero in everyone.
