the rave general

the rave general is the dude or dudette who is responsible for the good atmosphere on the rave alert party's, handing out the lotto alert price, various rave toys, candies etc. the rave general will be a different person each time + dressed up as a special character.
the chosen rave general will have the login codes from this site before each rave alert and has the right to maintain it till the next one... aint that cool?
