Born in Malmedy, Belgium in 1986 Her parents are musicians and her main passion has always been composition and creation As a kid she played music, painted and photographed. She started to make piano studies at the age of 16 but she had already played and composed before. She began to sing with bulgarian singers and this inspired her to find her own way of singing. The Band Overoceans was born from the meeting between Mathilde and American violonist Caroline Shaw (classical) . Now added to the duo are percussionist Stephan pougin and bass player Arne Van Dongen. She studied piano with Nathalie Loriers, Pierre Thomas and is currently studying with Diederick Wissels. She Studied singing with Radka Ivanova,Maria Pia De Vito,... Jonas Knutsson, soprano, alto, baritone, sopranino saxophonist and composer. Born in UmeÃ¥, 1965. Jonas has shown himself to be a jazz musician with a strong affinity to the Swedish folk idiom and as a saxophonist with great lyrical qualities. 
He has worked, among others, with folk icon Lena Willemark, in the pioneering folk jazz group "Enteli" and later in the "Nordan" project, admired on both sides of the Atlantic alike.. He is now active in the project ”Norrland” together with guitarist Johan Norberg ACT Music and projects around drummer Bengt Berger Country&Eastern . Jonas project Horn Please plays swedish folkmusic with six saxophones, bass and percussion.
