Comacane is the brainchild of Patrick John O’Doherty who has been on the South African underground music scene for over 10 years. Originally coming from a Latin American percussion background he has kept his love for electronic music and fused it with his own unique dreamy sound that takes listeners to other worlds. Dub heavy cuts are layered with splashes of smooth techno and laced with grimy samples to give listeners an unforgettable experience melting peoples ears on the dance floor. He broke out onto the electronic scene many years ago at rustlers valley electronic music festivals which have seen many artists like the Orb, Ectomorph and Metro Area to name a few. You will find him around South Africa niche electro clubs and parties doing what he does best. We look forward to his first album to be released this year, as this is only the beginning of something special.
