Eugene was born on October 16, 1965 in Lausanne in Switzerland; at the age of 8, he is familiarized in the world of the music while following courses of rhythmic and musical theory. At 10 he receive its first guitar; but it is at 13 when he heard for the first time the inimitable sound of Carlos Santana whom he decides that this instrument will become the musical language with which it will be expressed! ? Towards at the age of 17, it takes its first courses of guitar with, then the desire for exploring the instrument and its multiple facets lead Eugene to be registered in 1985 with the EJMA (School of Jazz and Current Music Lausanne) It is in 1992 that he decides to be devoted fully to the music; it will leave for Musicians Institute of Technology Los Angeles or it will be formed professionally during 1 year by famous guitarists such as Ross Bolton (Al Jarreau) Scott Henderson and Steve Trovato (Albert Lee). As of his return in April 1993, Eugene then starts his career of professional guitarist while playing in various Swiss formations.These various experiments and collaborations lead him in 1994 has to found its own formation and to thus be able to express his music by using styles such as the jazz, the rock, funk... bconnected is born thus in September 1994. With many tours in Asia, and particularly in China, Eugene returns with memories and new sonorities and a musical richness that only the voyages and experiments met on the roads of the world can bring richness into your spirit…
