About Me

Well, what do you say here? Who am I? Pretty much a nice guy, but no pushover. I know who I am and what I believe, but I'm not so stubborn that I can't learn or be proven wrong. I make decisions based on facts and not emotions. I love to laugh and make others laugh, but I also love a spirited debate about the world around us. I love the beach, sports and activities of all kinds, animals, food (especially cultural foods and spicey foods). I believe in conservation and sensible use of resources, but abhore fanatical environmental lunatics. There is definitely room for improvement in all areas of life. I'm on a constant quest to be everything that I can be in life. I can always be smarter, more informed, kinder, more compassionate, more active, in better shape and health. I'm a machine and I'll be tweaking this machine toward it's absolute maximum potential until the day I die. They say that we only use 10 percent of our brains. To me that means I have room for 900 percent improvement. If I see a problem, I try to solve it. I see no value in whining about how bad something is without a plan to fix it. If I see something that works well, I want to know how to duplicate it in my life or in another area of my life. I'm way too intense for most people and that's fine. I would love to marry and have children, but I'm not willing to endure misery to have it. We will either match and go out of our way to be a blessing to each other, or we won't. No illusion about the perfect relationship. I know that they're a lot of work. That's what makes you stronger or tears you apart. So far, I haven't met the girl that is willing to do the work. I am truly the kind of person that wants a partner in life and not someone that I have to drag through it. I just believe that problems are there to be solved and not endured. That's it. Simple and logical with a big heart. Did I scare you? If not, then say hello! ; )
