www.atunrecordings.com ............................................................ ................................................As most professionals in the industry will tell you, major record labels/studios fought an uphill battle against “illegal” file sharing and lost. This marked the end of an era dictated SOLELY by these media giants. ATun Recordings, a new production label, operates under the philosophy that fighting technology will only lead to our demise as exemplified by what used to be many of the major labels, despite their endless resources. We have not only accepted this change in landscape, but embraced it. Artistic integrity is now back into the musicians hands. A truly remarkable reality. We have spent our young existence as an organization on the search for bands we believe in with our full production support. Our support arsenal currently includes professional studio recording, video, photography and graphic design. We’re also proud to announce that our live production branch, “ATun Live!”, IS up and as of 12/09. This means that ATun Recordings clients will enjoy custom theatrical stage production. The production packages will include light/laser shows with fog, props, lighting design and even live video projection during the shows. This, of course, is a luxury typically reserved for national and international acts. We at ATun believe in stage production as a means of BECOMING a national or international act. We also offer great “flat-rate” recordings.
