Inspired by epic fantasies like George RR Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire," Greg Keyes's "A Kingdom of Bone and Thorn" and Tamora Pierce's "The Song of the Lioness," "Seasons of Destiny" is a planned four book series written by John Zeleznik. Book 1, Winter's Discord, is presently in it's fifth rewrite and will be followed by three volumes that tell the story of Ben Grange and several of his friends. Forced to deal with conflicts they don't exactly understand and destinies they may not be able to cope with, the friends find that life isn't what they thought it would be.
