I like meeting other artists and illustrators, to talk shop and maybe even work together. And of course it is always fun to meet people who just have similar interests. I had the pleasure of meeting James O'Barr, creator of "The Crow" comic, here in Corpus Christi in 2005. He gave me many tips and advice on how to improve my art at that time and personally critiqued my art. I wouldn't mind running into him again to show him how I have improved since.
