About Me


Augmentum is a metal band hailing from the Chicago land area. After a short break from shows for line-up changes, and redefining their sound, they are back and ready to rock out any stage in their path. The music is heavier, the show is more intense, and the passion is stronger. The band has never been more united musically, and want nothing more than to see every one of you metal fans at their shows banging your heads.
**Hey Augmentum fans!!! We have been having a kickass time playing shows for all you metal heads! It has been an honor to play with such bands like Anthrax, Trivium, As I Lay Dying, In Flames, and many others. Now we are working on completing our new cd, which will feature almost all of the songs we have been playing live. We have some new material that wont be on this cd, but thats what happens when you have too many ideas for songs as a band.
