On 13th January 2008 5 years old Mari Luz Cortés vanished when she went out to buy chips alone to the local sweets kiosk.
Few week later she was found dead. Her body was found on Friday evening in Huelva province's Torrearenilla marshland, in a river close to the Cepsa refinery installations, by an employee of the petroleum company. It’s understood that Mari Luz’s body was found with the clothes she was wearing when she disappeared , and that her body was badly decomposed. They find out that Mari Luz's killer was Santiago Del Valle Garcia who live near Cortés family.
