DJ Cyan is an integral part of the San Francisco dubstep scene. After championing the sounds of drum & bass for the past ten years, he’s transitioned his DJing style, passion, and dedication to the burgeoning dubstep genre. Cyan is known for his top-notch selection, airtight dynamic mixing, and intriguing programming. His 2006 Dub Cyance Vol. 1 mix showcased the above perfectly.By day Cyan is head of publicity for world-electronic label Six Degrees Records, by night he DJs in the Bay Area alongside dubstep luminaries such as Hatcha, Youngsta, Pinch, Distance, Martyn, Joe Nice, Juju and Matty G., to name a few. Cyan is currently a resident of Grime City, the premier west coast grime and dubstep night, as well as director of publicity for SureFire Productions.
