Pulse Rocks Rockford

One of the newest additions to the Northern Illinois music scene is sure to pack the house and keep em dancing till the party’s over! Pulse is a new project that is receiving lots of attention! It’s evident even in the infant stages that this band is on their way to making a serious mark on the regional music scene.
Pulse is a collaboration of mature and seasoned musicians from many other well known projects such as Stronghold, Iron Cross, Cammie's NRG, Midnight Hour, Lethal Eyes just to name a few. These guys do their homework to bring the tightest music, killer lead guitar solos and truly intimidating vocal harmonies. The band takes on many bands like Journey, Bon Jovi, Motely Crue, Daughtry, VanHalen and many, many more.
What sets them apart is their hard work & dedication. Everyone is in it for the right reasons... having fun doing what they love to do! It’s about bringing the crowd what they want ... It’s about the people... getting them involved gives the music energy and makes the show!
The band is fronted by Danny Curington who has an incredible voice remenisant of one of his idols, Steve Perry from Journey. Many try but few succeed at genuinely recreating their music. Pulse plays a handful of Journey tunes that are always crowd pleasers because they are done so well.
Pulse has a huge variety that pleases every palette. They perform a perfect mix of 80’s, 90’s and today’s music. This band is constantly updating the set list to build an arsenal of music ready to explode at every show. Come check out the band; introduce yourself to some great guys out to have a blast!
