Fool Moon

About Me

Fool Moon is a rock band from the south of Holland. Guitarist Wouter and bassplayer David once met musically before in funkrock formation "Once". Frontman Roland started his singing career in the grunge band "Naive". This band was called the natural succession of Once at the start of the nineties. Both bands were very succesfully locally and made many young hearts beat faster live. After Once Wouter and David met again in another funkrockband "Gadget". This is were they met drummer Thijs.

2007 was the year they all came together as Fool Moon. Fool Moon has a heavy yet warm sound inspired by American rockbands such as Pearl Jam, RHCP, 24/7 Spyz, Alter Bridge, Incubus and Alice in Chains. In the past few years they developed an outstandig live performance loved by all generations.

The band's latest (mini) album "Waiting EP" joins together Roland's dynamic vocal range with careening riffs to generate songs in their purest form. With standout tracks like "Sometimes", "Wasted"and "Waiting", Fool Moon is an essential addition to any music lover's library.
