The Mike Reilly Band

Mike Reilly guitarist, singer and songwriter will soon be releasing his fifth CD, titled "Reilly's Road" on Atlas Records. This CD features material from all four of his CD's, with previously unreleased sessions and guest appearances from Gregg Allman, Elvin Bishop, Bill Champlin, Dan Toler, Taj Mahal, The Phantom Blues Band and Garth Hudson. In the past 30 years, Mike has been a guitarist with most of the artists that perform on "Reilly's Road".Mike has had a distinctive and varied career. The 80’s brought him into a full guitar spectrum as guitarist for Gregg Allman, Elvin Bishop and the Hudson/Danko Band. He started playing and touring in 1981 with “The Sharpshooter Band”, featuring long time Allman Brothers Band members Jaimoe Johnson and Lamar Williams. He would have the opportunity throughout the years to play with most of the musicians who had influenced his style, Albert Collins, John Lee Hooker and Dr. John. He sat in with artists like Joe Cocker, and The Pointer Sisters before he was old enough to be in the club.
