Ciao a tutti. Mi occupo di Pilates da quasi 5 anni, prima come allievo e da 2 anni come trainer e come tale sono il primo in Puglia ad aver conseguito la certificazione internazionale PeakPilates, una delle poche scuole mondiali ad essere riconosciute dalla PMA (Pilates Method Alliance), un' associazione no profit che raccoglie al suo interno le migliori scuole che hanno mantenuto inalterato il metodo classico studiato da Joseph Hubertus Pilates. Ho aperto il primo centro in Puglia PeakPilates presso il Mirage Village di Foggia (www.miragevillage.it) e lì passo tutte le mie giornate!!! Sono appassionatissimo e contentissimo del mio lavoro e poter insegnare cosa significa avere il controllo e far capire fin dove può esprimersi il proprio corpo vale molte soddisfazioni. Oltre al metodo classico con Reformer, Cadillac, Chair e Matwork insegno quello che oggi è una delle più belle innovazioni nel connubio Pilates/fitness e cioè l'MVe fitness Chair dove come in una lezione classica di fitness a tempo di musica si lavora con l'ausilio di uno dei più classici attrezzi Pilates, la Chair appunto, mi dedico molto anche all'insegnamento del Fusion una tecnica che combina ,sempre accompagnati dalla musica, tra loro lo Yoga il Pilates e tecniche funzionali.Per il resto sono un ragazzo che ama la vita e i propri interessi che vanno dal cinema alla letteratura, insomma come vedete sono più bravo a parlare del mio lavoro e non di me. I’ve been teaching it for 2 years now and I was the first in Puglia to obtain the international certification PeakPilates, one of the few worldwide schools to be recognized by PMA (Pilates Method Alliance), a no-profit association that includes the best schools that have maintained unaltered the classic method studied by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. I’ve opened the first PeakPilates centre in Puglia at Mirage Village in Foggia (www. miragevillage. it) and I spend there all my days!!! I’m very keen on my job and happy to teach what it means having the control of and let others understand how their body can express itself, it gives me great satisfaction. Further than the classic method with Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Matwork I teach one of the most beautiful innovation of Pilates/fitness union, that is MVe fitness Chair, where, as in a classic fitness lesson with music, you work with the aid of one of the most classic Pilates tools, that is the Chair, I devote myself very much to the teaching of Fusion too, a technique that combines, always accompanied by music, Yoga and Pilates and functional techniques. Apart from that, I’m a boy who loves life and his interests, that go from cinema to literature, in short, I better describe my job than myself. MAY LIFE SMILE ON YOU!!!
