Equilibrium has been djing since the age of 14 when he recieved a pair of KAM beltdrive turntables as a christmas present from his parents. Early, 4mation then began to play to wide varity of music styles including hip hop rnb House, old school garage and soul just to name but a few. Spending nearly the first two years playing mostly to himself and his friends in small spaced enviroments,
Create a Myspace LED ScrollerEquilibrium felt that his skills were ready to be tested to a wider audience. Having recieved much needed advice from his brother, who was firmly in touch which the club scene in the early mid and late nintees, he started to recieve small bookings for mostly house party events for friends and other known associates. However Equilibrium did not start playing out fully until he met Static at his univeristy, who was an early founding member of Da jump off ents. having been invited to play at one of their first events "2 slick" Equilibrium joined Da jump off ents in 2004 and have held a number of events from university parties (UNIFIED) to Birthday events (BRAVOLICIOUS).Although Equilibrium is a lover of all types of music, his true passsion lies within house music and early soul funk music with the likes of todd terry, Ralf Gum and the Basement boys being among his early influences in the house scene. His favourite djs are Jamie Lewis and The Martinez Brothers for the fact way they not only mix but also manipulate the way that each track is brought in and has brought a different view on the way that Djs can adapt themselves to new technology (pioneer cdjs) and crowd entertainment.
