Frankie Mouse (aka) Short Circuit

Short Circuit first became involved with music at the age of 12 when he started taking guitar lessons. He became heavily involved with rock and heavy metal. Short Circuit's guitar teacher instantly saw raw talent and constantly encouraged him to stick with the art and has since. Friends close to Short Circuit quickly became aware of this and also started to get involved with guitar playing. As time went on, a friend who lived across the street from Short Circuit had a huge ludwig drum kit. This is where Short Circuit learned to play drums on his own. Mostly by watching the owner playing. A few years passed and Short Circuit got his first drum machine. This is what got Short Circuit involved with synthesizers and sampling. Short Circuit was the first person from his crew to start working with samples and making hip hop beats. Again, friends close to him saw this and began pursuing the same path. Short Circuit became instrumental in the lives of aspiring artists such as Jed Cappelli, currently with illfonics. Zev One, Charles Victor, Qu One, new comer Sequel and many others began to get more involved with music production. This all started a trend of others putting together their own recording studios which are still being maintained with the help and guidance of Short Circuit. Short Circuit is always working on new material. Mostly experimental. And, is always creating a buzz no matter where he goes.
