Purpose: To enrich our academic lives with music and to serve to network musically minded students.
Short Term Goals: Organize symposiums on a wide variety of music forms, from ethnic to eclectic; to host interviews/symposiums with established musicians; and to schedule excursions to venues, exposing students to the rich musical hub that is Chicago.
Long Term Goals: Expose students to more global or obscured applications of music including therapy, audiology, psychoacoustics, engineering, radio broadcasting, and to provide further interaction with Truman students and the surrounding uptown community.
