Peepshow Nouveau

Soundtrack for the war against sleep...

About Me

Picture cruising in a classic '56 T-Bird. An open highway. Sun beating down. Your lover turns to you and smiles. The last thing you see is the knife coming down. The ghostly romantic sounds of Peepshow Nouveau through the chrome plated radio perfectly soundtrack such a scene. Described as a quirky post-modern take on the vintage girl group sound, Peepshow Nouveau track 'Indochine' is featured on the recent "Grow Your Own V10" indie compilation, released through Foghorn Records. This track was one of several songs recorded in collaboration with long-time Nick Cave producer/engineer Tony Cohen at Sing Sing studios Melbourne. Shrouded in a mystery of sounds nostalgic of a time yet to happen with vintage guitar tones, dreamy reverb and vocals to melt the heart of the hardest axe-murderer. Peepshow Nouveau create an atmosphere for the unusual character in a plot.
