Emmie Mae is new to the music industry. She was born and raised in SC and recently moved to her mother's home town area in Kentucky in August of 2007. She started her career in singing in September of 07. She enjoys singing her favorite songs by KARAOKE and has performed for the public several times.
She has sang at various talent shows and local karaoke shows. She regularly sings in church as well. She also appeared in the fan group in the Bucky Covington new video "Its Good To Be Us" filmed outside of Bowling Green, Ky. She is seen several times in this video and the behind the scene video of The making of the video too. (Both of these videos may be seen on Bucky Covington's Official Myspace page, GAC, CMT, and youtube.com) She was the reigning Junior Teen Miss Springtime Princess 2007 of Cottageville, SC until her move to Ky.
Emmie received her first recognizion in her first competition in South Shore, Ky by placing 3rd in The Annual Quilt Festival Karaoke contest. She not only plans on continuing singing for the public but loves what she does as her upmost happiness. Emmie loves writing, singing, dancing, reading and spending time with her family. She lives with her mother, and two sisters in SC. She has two older brothers that she adores, two sisterinlaws and six neices that live in SC.
Emmie's favorite singers are Taylor Swift, Switchfoot, Relient K, Hawk Nelson, and Carrie Underwood, as well as several other christian and country groups.
