PRESENTATION:Corse d’origine, je commence à jouer de la Cetera dès l’âge de 5 ans avec Ugo Casalonga à Pigna et le violon à 6 ans. Je fais le conservatoire de Bastia jusqu’à l’âge de 15 ans avant de partir faire l’école de lutherie (IPIALL) à Cremona en Italie.
Je me diplôme en 2005 après 5 ans d’études et part ensuite travailler à Genova dans l’atelier de Alberto Giordano dans lequel depuis 3 ans je me perfectionne dans la construction, la restauration et le montage de violons, alto et violoncelle ainsi que la manutention des archets.
De mon coté je construis aussi des cetere (cittern) et collabore à la realisation de guitares avec Carlo Pierini luthier à Genova.
Je suis aussi membre de l’ALADFI (association des luthiers et archetiers pour le développement de la facture instrumentale. http://www.aladfi.com/) depuis 2 ans.Born in Corsica in 1984, I bagan playing Cister since when I was fifth with Ugo Casalonga in Pigna (Corsica) and the violin since when I was six years. I studied in the Bastia Conservatory up to fifteen years old and then I began to attend the School of Instrument Makers in Cremona (Italy), the IPIALL.
After five years of school, in 2005, I took the diploma and in the same time I began to work in the M° Alberto Giordano Luthier Shop where I'm improving in building, restoration and assemblage of violins, viola and cello as well as handing of bows.
For my pleasure, I like to build cittern and I'm working with Carlo Pierini luthier in Genoa to realize guitars.
Since 2006 I'm a member of the ALADFI (Association of the stringed instrument makers and archetiers for the development of the instrumental bill - www. aladfi.com).
