The Small Elephants
This project started in February 2008 in Berlin with the idea of creating music with improvisation as an exercise to compose in the moment. The quality of being simple and always searching for clarity of expression is the foundations of The Small Elephants music. The formation of a mental image of something that is neither perceived as real nor present to the senses is what brings our sounds. The simplicity of this scheme has been the inspiration for the music, where an acoustic guitar and a djembe drum combines to reach our sound.
