Terminus. A heavy metal band. The band formed in February 2008 as a result of social circles. The line up has changed a few times, but now the band is made up of a former member of Death Metal band 'Carnal Instinct', the former vocalist of Heavy Rock band 'Cyaxx', and former guitarist of 'Rockshore'.
Terminus has a seed of purely heavy metal and thrash influences between all four band members, ranging from 80's Megadeth, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Slayer, to recent bands like Disturbed, Cathedral and Iced Earth. Terminus' vocal range has a great scope, from piercing siren screams, to grinding low end melody. The guitar work echoes the hard-hitting sound that the 80's gave birth to, and that time had almost forgotten. And the drumming has a whole lot of heavy thrown into it, from the heavy to the purely fast and insane.
Its now 2009, and Terminus has played a couple of gigs now, and its put us firmly in the thought of being ready. More gigs are to follow this year, and very soon there will be some studio work happening, with fresh and clean recordings of original material.
