Myspace Backgrounds The Mave Group's mission is to provide an assertive and creative booking and management service catering to the entertainment and professional industry. TMG consists of Melanie Williams, President of the firm along with a few other associates. As a resident of Hotlanta for almost thirteen years, Williams graduated from Georgia State University. She served as Marketing Assistant Intern at Jezebel Magazine, assisting in soliciting sponsorships for special events such as Atlanta's 20 Most Eligible Bachelor and Bachelorette Party, Jezebel's Black Music Month, hosting celebrity guests included executives and artists from LaFace, SoSo Def, Universal and Motown Records.
Soon after, Williams linked up with Marketing Guru and Mentor, Tony Baraka, becoming his Assistant for the College Urban Music Fest. Booking acts such as Ludacris, Arrested Development, Mobb Deep, Sole, Inspektah Deck, eventually venturing on her own to start The Mave Group. Current artists include; A.leon Craft, Da Backwudz, Cree; Fashion Stylist; Carma Star to name a few. The Mave Group seeks to provide an aesthetic atmosphere with creativity and innovation.
