Hello! I’m Andy, Welcome to my ’Myspace’ Come in; site down, have a nice cup of home brewed tea, take your shoes off, smile and put your feet up, breathe and then relax ;-)) Officially I am the drummer of Amsterdam based Rock Band Absinthe. (check out my top friend, you’ll find the band link there). Although playing drums is a passion of mine, i have always wanted to try singing and playing Guitar, so as from November 2007 i did exactly that. I picked up the Guitar that the guys from Absinthe bought me for my last B’day present, and since then i haven’t really stopped writing songs and performing in and about Amsterdam’s open mic night scene. - For me i found music to be a release from all the none-sense in this world, the loud talkers and all the small silent watcher you’d find normally sitting in corners or shop doorways drinking cheap cans of cider and smoking woodbine (filterless) cigarettes, the shame is all of which don’t really say anything of any use other than effecting one’s breathing space. So music for me, was a way to somewhere else; without moving my head from left to right or up and down for that matter, (just something to feel) I hope you enjoy this page, its finally coming together.
