SETH.ECT is the unique sound of the new world and it pushes the limits of industrial music's power and extreme metal's aggression and perfectly combines both within its sound.
SETH.ECT was given birth at the end of 2008 after a relatively long preperation period by Aybars, Mert, Izmael, Murat and Caglar.
This crew was all from the best metal bands of Turkish Republic such as Suicide, Decimation, Raven Woods, Ominous Grief, Burst Appeal, and Regl Juice.
Being experienced with extreme metal and having tendency to industrial sound, these musicians began composing their songs in a quick and careful manner.
In a very short period of time, about two - three months, after recording four demo songs, having a photo session and creating a Myspace page, SETH.ECT accomplished an undeniable success.
It may not be very long time since SETH.ECT was founded but it features the most experienced metal musicians of Turkey.
Musicians of SETH.ECT have a beautiful history of live performance in seperate bands,
which is a good thing for SETH.ECT because we as SETH.ECT think that a professional live performance is vital for any band as much as its music is.
In summer of 2009 SETH.ECT took place in Metal Heads Mission Fest (Ukraine). It was SETH.ECT's first live performance and SETH.ECT impressed the audience by both their music and stage show.
Actually SETH.ECT was the only band in M.H.M's first day that was called to stage for one more song after their show time exceeded.
You can see some of the photos of the show at SETH.ECT's myspace page.
Between January and February of 2010 SETH.ECT is going to record thir first album. SETH.ECT's priority nowadays is focused on album and album material. SETH.ECT's album will feature guest artists
such as Arkin Allen (AKA Mercan Dede), Richard Lederer and some local musicians playing oriental instruments and percussion.
Creation of SETH.ECT aims to make a unique sounding music and seperate it to the world and it should be known that SETH.ECT is rapidly and fullfillingly approaching towards its aim.
