Franceska is of American and Swiss nationalities, with Greek origins. She grew up in the United States and then went to live in Switzerland. From the age of 8 she studied classical piano for 9 years and was accepted into the Conservatory of Music in Maryland. In the United States, she received honorary awards for her writing and poetry.

Paul Anka writes a personal letter to Franceska in 1992, after having read her lyrics given to him by a collegue, stating: (Los Angeles) “Your work is very good and you certainly have a great gift for lyrics. Your words are wonderful and meaningful. You have a talent and you should be with the right people to enhance what you have.”

Franceska receives the World Music Award in Monte Carlo in 1992 for her song “Was it All in a Dream” sung by folk/pop artist Maya Brunner . Maya was top selling artist for Switzerland and sold over 2 million records in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

Franceska was then signed to Sony Music Publishing , London during the time when Paul Russell was President of Sony Europe.

Franceska was co/producer with Jermaine Jackson of the "Jackson Family Honor Show". Franceska wrote the scenario of this show and spent time at the Jackson's home in Encino while doing so. This scenario was used by Michael Jackson for his show in Korea.

Her tri-lingual abilities have given her opportunities to write adaptations of lyrics from French or Greek into English and from English into French for many international artists, publishers and record companies such as:a) Sony Greece artist Paulina (French)
