About Me

Michael has been an electronic musician for over 30 years, buying his first synth in 1975. He started releasing his own albums on the Synfinity lable in 1981. The albums were initially released on cassette but in Nov. 1988 he released what is reckoned to be the first privately produced CD in the world "The Sacred Thread Of Life".He has played over 60 solo gigs, including five times at the Glastonbury Festival. He has also worked as an engineer, programmer and producer and played with many musicians and bands since the late 60s. From 1996-1998 he helped to run Global Communication / the Jedi Knights own record Label Universal Language.He is currently working on his first album of new material since 2001 and hopes to complete it later this year.Apart from being a musician he is currently an Apple Mac service engineer specialising in designing and installing systems for recording studios, musicians and video as well as general Mac work. Clients include Portishead, Goldfrapp, Andy Mackay (Roxy Music), Iiya and many individual musicians and artists in the West Country.
